Video Quality Improving!
Okay, I am not sure what KyLinTV has done recently to improve their video quality, particularly for the live TV programming, but it is much better than in the past. I must compliment KyLinTV for their efforts as this was a major issue and I have made many complaints regarding this problem. Still not perfect, but getting much closer :)

I was very reluctant to order it since I saw it in my friend's home and the audio is badly out of sync with vieao and it made me feel painful to watch a news host's lip out of sync!
Now after your improving report, I am inclined to order it for my parents who are not so picky about lipsync issue :-(
